About the Role As a Facilities and Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure that production and facilities operate properly through preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvement work. You'll enjoy a varied day where you work both practically and administratively with machines, equipment, and the facility. Your Key Responsibilities Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines, equipment, and facility Troubleshooting and repairs Installation and assembly of equipment Participate in improvement and development projects Document completed work and plan for upcoming tasks Maintenance of the wood chip boiler during daytime hours Contact with external suppliers and contractors as needed Production operates during daytime hours (single shift). We Believe You Will Succeed in This Role If You: Are curious, solution-oriented, and thrive in a changing environment. You enjoy collaborating and see the value in working together toward shared goals. Have the ability to work independently and make decisions when situations require it. Have good mechanical understanding and experience with troubleshooting. Have experience with maintenance and repair of machines and equipment in production and facilities. Possess strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are organized, have good prioritization skills, and communicate clearly and appropriately with different stakeholders. Additional merits include forklift certification, Hot Work certification, experience operating a wood chip boiler, and experience with electrical installations.
