In this position, it is important to be self-directed, collegial, and maintain a positive attitude in your work while working toward the school's goals. The position includes teaching grades F-6. Responsibilities Responsibilities We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility as a classroom teacher and be part of all tasks at a smaller school. In this position, you will work as a teacher in your own class, but may also work in other classes and in after-school care. The school's format requires a flexible approach and the ability to quickly adapt to the day's needs. You organize and plan your work well, work according to a clear process where you complete what you start. You set time frames and meet deadlines. You maintain contact and collaborate with parents/guardians and other actors outside the school, and inform parents about students' development. Through systematic quality work, you ensure that established goals are met. Qualifications Licensed teacher F-3 and/or 4-6. Fluentcy in Swedish, both spoken and written. Certified in multiple subjects. Documented knowledge and experience in NPF. Courses, training, and experience in NPF. Experience with collaborative work. We are looking for a licensed teacher. You ideally have a teaching degree with broad certification. Experience working with children with special needs. Experience: Experience in teaching. Experience working in teams. Knowledge, training, and experience in NPF. Experience with classroom adaptations and working with children with special needs. The ability to work collaboratively with other teachers, the school's after-school staff, student support team, leadership, and our flexible activities program.
