Family Home Secretary for Consulting Assignment June-September

We are seeking a family home secretary for a consulting assignment in child and family services with a focus on foster care and administrative authority. In this role, you will work with recruiting, investigating, training, and supervising foster homes. The work also includes drafting agreements as well as ongoing support and follow-up within foster care services. We are looking for someone with solid experience working with foster homes and who is confident in independently driving the work forward with structure and quality. Qualifications Degree in Social Work (Socionom) At least five years of experience working as a family home secretary or equivalent position Good experience with BBIC Good experience with the Lifecare management system Ability to work independently and in a structured manner Good collaboration skills and flexibility Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing Driver's license (Category B) Meritorious Investigation experience Supervisor training Experience with Signs of Safety Experience with long-term foster care work About the Assignment Full-time position, 100 percent Start as soon as possible after assignment Assignment period through September 30, 2026 Possibility of extension 3 + 3 + 3 months Work is performed primarily on-site with the possibility of some remote work by agreement Application Send your CV and a brief presentation of your experience.
