Do you want a key role where you can make an impact and modernize our facility? We're looking for someone who thrives in a production-oriented environment, can make quick decisions, and wants to lead our facilities team forward. About the Role As Facilities Manager at Artifex in Färgelanda, you'll take overall responsibility for operations, maintenance, and development of our factory properties and technical systems (28,000 sqm total plus storage tents). Some maintenance we handle in-house, but much is outsourced to external contractors. The equipment has a few years on it (ventilation, water pumps, cooling systems, compressed air), but we have annual budgets for modernization. Our new owners want to expand, so you'll have great opportunities to influence how things develop going forward. Your Main Responsibilities Leadership and Prioritization: People management for 3 facilities technicians. You'll have brief check-ins daily and a larger meeting once a week. Project Management: Plan, lead, and drive projects related to modernization, investments, and renovations. Operations & Maintenance: Ensure technical systems function safely. You'll be the main contact point with contractors, suppliers, and authorities. Who Are You? To succeed in this role, you're someone who can make quick decisions and understand what needs to be prioritized in a dynamic environment. As a person, you're organized in your own work, but you don't require everything around you to be fully structured from the start. Requirements and Preferences: Technical background, preferably with an electrical foundation. Experience with facility management or maintenance in an industrial/production environment. Experience with project management and budget responsibility. Strong communication skills, as the role involves many contact points.
