Here we work closely with our residents and together create a safe, structured, and meaningful everyday life. We are looking for you to start immediately or work during the summer, with the possibility of continued employment. About Our Operations VUO operates Sörgården and Tallgården development residential facilities in Söråker. The facilities are centrally located and relatively close to each other, offering specialized housing for individuals with mental health disabilities. Sörgården has 15 spaces for adult women and men Tallgården has 12 spaces for adult men The residents have their own apartments and share common areas for meals, activities, and social interaction. About the Role As a care staff member, you work closely with the residents and provide important support in their daily lives. The work includes, among other things: Supporting and motivating residents in daily activities Contributing to structure, routines, and a sense of safety Participating in and planning social and physical activities Being a trusted and present support in daily life Documenting according to applicable guidelines Performing certain health and medical care tasks through delegation Collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders regarding the residents Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is empathetic, attentive, and comfortable in interactions with people. It is meriting if you: Are trained as a nursing assistant, treatment assistant, or have similar experience Have experience working in care, social services, or social psychiatry Are familiar with delegated health and medical care tasks You need to be able to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable with documentation.
