What you will do: - Ensure a great guest experience during your work shifts - Check-ins and check-outs - Assist guests with our "self-check in/out" - Help guests with requests that may arise - Respond to guest communications via phone calls, email, etc. - Standard reception duties This is a temporary position with a start date by agreement. The position involves varying shift work, including evenings and weekends.
