What the company does: Our client is based in Finspång and is a global leader in energy technology with a focus on developing and manufacturing gas turbines for power generation and industrial applications. The facility has a long industrial history and employs approximately 2,800 people. In addition to traditional turbine manufacturing, they are investing in sustainable energy solutions, such as hydrogen-powered turbines and additive manufacturing. About the team: The team works within Order Design to develop customized solutions for systems surrounding turbines, with a focus on technical solutions and high-quality 3D modeling. The group consists of 19 process engineers in a dynamic and primarily younger environment, but also includes experienced colleagues who contribute to skills development and where you grow quickly in your role with good opportunities for further development within the company. It is a tight-knit and multicultural team where people enjoy spending time together both at work and outside of work. The group shares interests such as technology, video games, coffee breaks, and communal lunches, and organizes activities like skiing during the winter season. About the role: Work is carried out both individually and on larger projects with up to 50 people, where collaboration and support from colleagues are a natural part. The team helps each other through regular meetings and it's easy to support each other's projects when needed. The role involves contact with multiple departments to create a comprehensive understanding, and while meetings may not be frequent, they tend to be in-depth. To thrive here, you need to be communicative, curious, and willing to ask questions – a positive and engaged attitude is crucial for fitting in with the group. Examples of work tasks: - Weekly project check-ins - Documentation work - Technical administrative work - Contact with suppliers - Review quotations - Purchase orders - Contact with internal colleagues - Manage handovers to other teams - Work with system descriptions We believe you have: At least a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, technical physics, mechanics, or chemical engineering Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Desirable: - Process Engineering specialization in your education Who are you?
