About the Operations: The Property Management Department is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the municipality's properties, from new construction and renovations to operations, maintenance, and development. We manage approximately 150,000 square meters, primarily schools, preschools, and care facilities. Environments that are crucial for daily life to function. Here, the right priorities and decisions make a real difference, both in daily operations and over time. Our focus is on long-term sustainable property management. This means we develop properties that meet both today's needs and tomorrow's requirements for accessibility, flexibility, comfort, and energy efficiency. We have broad expertise in everything from leasing agreements and technology to operations, safety, and contractor collaborations. You have primary responsibility for our building management systems (Larmia Evo Scada and Schneider Electric Struxureware) and for our energy optimization work. You ensure that technical solutions function in daily operations and that faults are remedied together with the municipality's operations technicians and contracted service providers. You analyze and troubleshoot technical problems and are responsible for upgrades, migrations, etc. In your assignment, you also have responsibility for energy optimization by continuously analyzing energy consumption and following up on deviations together with operations technicians and property managers. You also ensure that the systems comply with internal security requirements and legislation. As a technical property manager, you serve as support to the property technicians in operational matters. You lead projects, primarily within control and monitoring systems and electrical installations. You participate in planning during renovations and new construction. You provide technical support to property managers regarding measures from building energy certification and electrical inspections. Qualifications: Relevant education or equivalent experience Several years of experience working with installations in properties Experience working with budgets and financial follow-up Good knowledge of laws and regulations and understanding of safety matters Driver's license category B Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Meritorious: Experience leading installation projects Experience with energy optimization work Personal Qualities: You work towards results, demonstrate reliability, and take responsibility for planning and follow-up of your work.
