Experienced staff member for our model department sought for our lab in Malmö Örestad Expodent Åkesson - Corus Dental Technology AB We are now looking for an experienced staff member for our model department at Örestad Expodent Åkesson in the Gypsum Department in Malmö/Limhamn. The role is a central part of our production chain and is suitable for someone who works with great accuracy, quality, and professional pride. About Us Örestad Expodent Åkesson is a personal dental laboratory with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship, and where relationships are at the center. We are leaders in dental technology in Sweden with 48 employees. Our size also means that each employee plays an important role. There is great responsibility in the work but also a strong sense of involvement and pride in what we deliver together. Our modern and fresh laboratory is located in Limhamn, Malmö. About the Position In our model department, you will be responsible for receiving, preparing, and producing high-quality models that form the foundation for further production in the lab. The work is carried out according to established quality procedures and in close collaboration with other departments. Responsibilities · Receive and inspect incoming impressions and scans · Prepare and pour models, including plaster work · Sawing, mounting, and base work of models · Ensure that models meet internal quality standards · Perform quality inspections according to applicable guidelines · Digital scanning of models for CAD work and documentation · Report deviations and contribute to improvement work · Close collaboration with fixed and removable departments regarding model production · Ensure delivery according to schedule and deadlines Qualifications · At least 10 years of documented experience with model work at a dental laboratory, as a dental technician or dental technician assistant. · Experience working independently with high quality requirements · Good knowledge of materials · Good communication and collaboration skills Personal Qualities · Thorough, structured, and quality-conscious · Responsible, solution-oriented, and flexible · Good planning abilities · Interest in development and new technology We Offer · Clear work methods and high quality standards · Close collaboration with experienced colleagues · A stable workplace with long-term focus Location: Malmö (ÖEÅ) Employment Type: Permanent position, full-time Start: Immediate Application and Contact Send your application to [email protected].
