We at Anderstorp Mekaniska Verkstad AB (AMV) are now looking for an experienced edge press operator to join our team in Anderstorp. This is a position for you who has already worked with edge presses and feels confident with the machine. You don't need to be a "specialist" – but we are looking for someone who can get up to speed relatively quickly and independently keep production running during the second shift. If you have previously worked with SafanDarley and/or Amada, that is a big plus. AMV is a family-oriented company within sheet metal processing where we manufacture sheet metal parts and products in both small and large series. About the Role As an edge press operator with us, you primarily work with running and making minor adjustments to the edge press machines. You work from drawings and ensure that the parts meet the correct quality and dimensions. The role suits you if you: enjoy pace and varied production are thorough and quality-conscious enjoy working in a small team like to help where needed When it's quieter at the edge press, you may also support other parts of production. We are Looking for Someone Who Has experience with edge presses Has worked with SafanDarley and/or Amada (meritorious) Can read drawings and measure parts Is responsible and self-directed Enjoys collaborating in production Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Meritorious Forklift certification and forklift experience Experience with the Monitor business system With us, you become part of a secure and family-oriented company where work environment, team spirit, and long-term perspective are important.
