We are now seeking an experienced procurement manager for the procurement team at Forsmarks Kraftgrupp AB About the Job You will work in close collaboration with your procurement colleagues at Forsmark, but also with procurement managers at Ringhals, as we have extensive cooperation. Currently, we are a total of approximately 35 employees evenly distributed between Forsmark and Ringhals in an equal mix of women and men. You will represent primarily Forsmark but also Ringhals and ultimately Vattenfall in various types of business relationships. Your internal contact points (outside the procurement unit) will primarily be directed toward ordering units within Forsmark and Ringhals. Externally, contact points will primarily be with our suppliers. The work includes travel, both for meetings with suppliers and between Vattenfall's sites at Forsmark and Ringhals. In procurements, you drive the entire process from start to finish, which includes analysis of the supplier market, selection of procurement method, request documentation, negotiation with and evaluation of suppliers in close cooperation with the internal client, and finalized contract. You will handle complex business-critical procurements that require a holistic and proactive approach. You monitor suppliers' compliance with contract terms, handle contract changes, and manage disputes in contract interpretations. You contribute to the development of the procurement process and are responsible for procurement strategies within your area. Documenting your ongoing procurement work is a given. Cooperation with corresponding functions within the Vattenfall Group in order to analyze and develop common business opportunities is also part of the assignment. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: A relevant university or college degree (with an economic or technical focus) or equivalent work experience with substantial expertise in the profession Ability to drive complex negotiations and create long-term business relationships in an international environment Experience writing business agreements and good knowledge of commercial contract law Fluent and good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is meriting if you have: Experience working with document management systems and business systems (ERP). Vattenfall uses SAP. To succeed in this role, you need to be strategic, have a high degree of business acumen, and be able to act independently. The work largely involves communication and negotiations with external suppliers, which means it is important that you are business-minded, communicative, and act in accordance with Vattenfall's Code of Conduct. You are driven and engaged by building and maintaining relationships with internal ordering units and external suppliers. You have analytical abilities, take initiative, and act proactively to identify improvement opportunities.
