About the Role As an Experienced CNC Operator/Setter on the night shift, you will be an important part of production and a natural technical resource for the team during the night. You will primarily work with Prico's modern Mazak machines and be responsible for ensuring production runs according to plan with the right quality and efficiency. The role involves great personal responsibility where you both monitor production, perform quality controls, and support colleagues with technical challenges. Main responsibilities: Operate and monitor CNC machines, primarily Mazak Ensure efficient production during the night shift Handle multiple machines in parallel Perform measurements and quality controls Work with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment Interpret drawings and ensure parts are manufactured according to specifications Report deviations, malfunctions, and improvement suggestions Provide technical support to other team members Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure stable production Working hours are scheduled for night shift, Monday to Friday morning, 22:30–07:00. We are looking for you We are looking for someone with several years of experience in CNC machining who feels confident working independently with both production and setup. You have good technical understanding, are experienced in reading drawings, and have a well-developed quality mindset where accuracy is an integral part of your work. To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable handling measuring equipment and performing quality controls to ensure products meet high standards. You enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems when they arise, and contributing to efficient production during the night shift. You master Swedish in speech and writing and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and other functions within the operation. If you have experience with Mazak machines, Mazatrol, or knowledge of form and position tolerances, we consider that a merit.
