You will be working with: As a panel beater at Werksta Kungsbacka, you'll become part of an engaged team where quality, precision, and efficient workflow are central. You'll perform sheet metal and body repairs on passenger cars according to manufacturer and insurance company guidelines. The position includes straightening, welding, riveting, assembly and disassembly, as well as use of modern measuring and repair tools. You'll work closely with claims adjusters, paint technicians, and other workshop staff to ensure quick and accurate repairs and high customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Repair and replace body parts and perform straightening of sheet metal and frames. Perform welding, bonding, and riveting according to applicable requirements and safety regulations. Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts in connection with repairs; minor mechanical work may occur. Use modern measuring and repair tools and document completed work in workshop systems. Collaborate with claims adjusters, paint technicians, and other colleagues for efficient workflow and high quality. Ensure that repairs meet the workshop's high standards for quality and safety. Contribute to an orderly, safe, and service-oriented work environment in the workshop. Your Profile We're looking for you with vehicle training or several years of experience in auto body and sheet metal work. You're thorough, quality-conscious, and technically interested. Experience from the insurance/damage sector or work with premium vehicles is a plus. Since the role may include mechanical tasks, experience with assembly/disassembly and basic mechanics is advantageous. Documented experience from auto body shops and sheet metal work or equivalent practical experience. Class B driver's license required. Experience with auto welding and use of measuring equipment is a plus. Structured, responsible, and a good team player. Solution-oriented, flexible, and curious about new technology and working methods. Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently when needed.
