We are now seeking a construction engineer with a focus on finance and quantity management for projects in Central Sweden. Right now, for example, we are engaged in E22 Förbifart Söderköping – a large, complex and technologically advanced infrastructure project. The role suits you if you want to build a solid foundation in quality, finance and production. About Region Infra Region Infra is a new region as of the turn of the year, with a focus on gathering and further developing our expertise in infrastructure. We work with large and complex projects including: Roads and railways Bridges, including movable bridges in the project portfolio Ports, quays and maritime facilities Water treatment plants and waterworks Complex industrial projects We are a nationwide region with operations throughout Sweden and offer the opportunity to be part of building something new while working on some of the country's most important infrastructure projects. About the role As a construction engineer, you work closely with the project manager, site management and production. The role combines administration, analysis and close collaboration with production. You will report to Joakim Blücher, an engaged and present leader who values collaboration, clarity and development. Here you will have the opportunity to take responsibility and grow in your role. The work group you belong to primarily works with projects around Central Sweden. In the future, you may also work on other projects in our geography, which means you need to be mobile during the work week. Your responsibilities Support in quantity management Monitoring of contracts and quantity schedules Collection and quality assurance of documentation from production Support to project management in financial and commercial matters Administrative work related to the project's financial management and forecasting Merits: Knowledge of AMA construction standards. We see that you have: Relevant higher education in construction, civil engineering, technology or finance Experience from construction or infrastructure projects is a merit but not required Basic understanding of finance and production Good computer skills and interest in digital systems Swedish in speech and writing Class B driver's license and ability to travel on business (Mon–Thu on-site at projects) Why Peab?
