As a unit manager, you have an important role in leading the operations forward through close and trust-based leadership where quality, job satisfaction, and development go hand in hand. Your assignment – to lead people, operations, and the future of elder care As a unit manager, you are responsible for operations, personnel, working environment, quality, and finances. Your assignment includes, among other things: Lead, coach, and develop employees in their daily work and professional development Create a culture characterized by trust, participation, responsibility, and good treatment Ensure safe, secure, and person-centered care based on laws and guidelines Work actively with quality and improvement efforts to develop elder care forward Together with your management colleagues, lead an operation where collaboration and shared responsibility are success factors Work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, family members, and other partners Be an active part of the operations area's management group where we develop our operations together With us, you never stand alone. We see that you: Have relevant higher education or other education that the employer deems equivalent Have experience in leadership, as a manager or in another leadership role Have knowledge of elder care and a genuine interest in people's living conditions Are confident, clear, and attentive in your leadership Create engagement, participation, and job satisfaction Have the ability to work systematically with quality, working environment, and finances See collaboration as an integral part of the assignment Have good computer skills and feel comfortable with various operations systems and Office We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
