We are looking for you to work as a unit manager within the Employment Services Unit and take on the challenge of leading and driving our operations toward the future Hagfors, where the transition to the new Social Services Act and close care are important parts. The unit manager for the employment services unit will lead a team of employment consultants, work supervisors, and project managers as well as many participants. Developing our operations so that more of our residents achieve employment or pursue studies is the goal of our work. You will become an important part of IFO's management team, which includes an operations manager and unit managers. Together, we will develop the future social services in Hagfors. Job Responsibilities As unit manager for the Employment Services Unit, your task is to lead, plan, and develop our operations, to take responsibility for projects and collaboration both internally and externally. To be able to do this, it is important that you are active and present in the operations and that you build good relationships both internally and externally. Work with our participants should be characterized by respect and confidence. Your job responsibilities include, among other things: Managing personnel, work environment, and budget. Developing the Employment Services Unit in collaboration and taking responsibility for our projects Developing work methods that benefit our participants Qualifications We are looking for you with relevant education and who wants to be part of developing our operations. Experience leading activities within the employment services field is a merit. As a person, you are confident and social, you have an easy time building good relationships and collaborating both internally and externally. You are accustomed to close leadership. You have an interest in and ability to lead through change and leverage employees' innovative thinking and contribute to an open climate. You are knowledgeable in employment-related matters.
