Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division Close Care together with the Ambulance Service, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Youth Psychiatry. Primary care is organized into 4 close care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under close care. Each close care area is an economic unit led by a unit manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's healthcare advice service, youth clinic, and the close care unit Näva, which are all grant-financed. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As unit manager for the health center in Backe, you are ultimately responsible for operational, personnel, and financial matters and will continuously work with colleagues in the area and in the management group for Close Care North. We work without pretense in visible and present collaborative leadership with a focus on giving employees the right conditions to provide good and close care. QUALIFICATIONS Formal requirement is a university degree in healthcare or equivalent education. We prefer that you have previously worked as a manager/leader and have experience working in healthcare. Your personal qualities and strengths are characterized by -Courage -Perseverance -Good collaboration skills -Clarity You have the ability to coach and lead competent employees. You communicate easily, create clarity, have a holistic perspective, are structured, thorough, and have a good ability to create a good work climate that promotes engagement and participation among your employees. You are results-oriented and achieve set goals. Your knowledge of economics and operations is good, and you have the ability to manage the operation within given frameworks. It is an advantage if you are familiar with politically controlled operations and its conditions. We place great importance on personal suitability. Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
