We are now seeking a private advisor for our office in Hjo. As a private advisor, you will manage the customer's entire business based on identified needs. You are responsible for the customer's complete banking and personal finances. You work on a needs-based approach and provide advice on borrowing, savings, pensions, and insurance, with the goal of creating long-term value for the customer. You will identify new business opportunities with both new and existing customers and maintain a high level of service to ensure customers have a positive experience with the bank. You will help, guide, and inspire your customers through personal meetings as well as via phone or digital channels. Over time, you will build your own customer base while working as a team with your colleagues. We are looking for someone who Holds a Swedsec advisor and mortgage license and insurance mediation rights (IDD). Wants to create good and long-term customer relationships based on the bank's core values: personal, accessible, and engaged. Is attentive to customer needs and has a natural ability to build trust.
