Description of the Personal Assistant Position We are now recruiting several engaged and reliable personal assistants for our 40-year-old male client who lives with ALS, a neurological disease. He lives with his partner and 2 children in a house in Löddeköpinge. The work involves providing daily support and creating security, participation, and quality of life. The work is performed in the client's home and wherever he is. No lifts are used yet, as the client can move around on his own with the help of a walker and a power wheelchair. He communicates verbally on his own. The entire family is very sports-minded and football is closest to their hearts. We now want to find several personal assistants who can be part of the family's everyday life and contribute to a safe and active existence. Examples of typical work tasks: Personal care Transfers Meals Cleaning, laundry, and other daily chores Our client works during the day with strategy and planning, and during these times the personal assistant needs to be involved. Help with daily exercise Participate in various activities Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities No specific education is required You should preferably be between 18-40 years old and we also welcome men to apply for the job A driver's license is desirable but not required You must be smoke-free You need to be attentive, respectful, and have a professional approach.
