About the role As a mentor within Rusta och Matcha, you support job seekers on their path toward self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help them find the right job or education. Your work includes, among other things: Individual guidance and coaching Matching to jobs and education Contact with employers and network building Support with application processes and interview preparation Who are you? We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, skilled at building relationships and thriving in a dynamic environment. You are social, flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Inspiring and motivating people is your strength! Required qualifications (meet at least one of the following options): Option 1: At least 180 university credits (120 credits according to the previous system) At least two years of full-time work experience Option 2: At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Career transition work for job seekers Studies and career guidance Personnel case handling (not solely administrative) Work with labor and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career counseling Desirable skills and experience: Strong network within the local business community Multiple language skills beyond Swedish Ability to create and maintain relationships Structured, proactive, and results-oriented Good communication skills and coaching approach Digital competence and experience conducting online meetings Why should you apply?
