Previous experience in similar work is a plus, but we value you as a person, your willingness to learn, and your dedication more than your exact previous experience. With us, you'll learn to work with warp knitting machines, quilting machines, warping, and handle some basic administrative tasks. For the right person, there's also an opportunity to develop further within the company with more administrative responsibilities in the future. We're looking for someone who is flexible, self-motivated, and enjoys collaboration. You'll become part of a family-oriented company where we help each other and work closely together. A forklift license is a plus but not required. Facilette AB is a family-owned textile company in its fourth generation, manufacturing in Lidköping since 1964. We work with warp knitting, quilting, and sewing. About the Role As a production worker and machine operator with us, you'll have varied responsibilities including: Operating and monitoring production machinery Maintenance, adjustment, and troubleshooting Quality control Material handling, forklift and overhead crane operation Cleaning and routine maintenance Basic administrative tasks You'll thrive in varied work that includes both patience for detailed and precise tasks as well as heavier lifting and more physical work. Work hours are daytime, Monday–Friday 06:45–16:05 on-site in Lidköping. We'd love for you to: Be curious and solution-oriented Enjoy both technology and attention to detail Have good collaboration skills Speak and write Swedish fluently Have a B-class driver's license Employment Terms Full-time with a 6-month probationary period and thereafter opportunity for permanent employment.
