It is important that you, as an applicant, have a genuine interest in the work of a personal assistant and understanding of what the profession truly entails and working with the customer as the center of focus. We are therefore looking for an assistant who is confident in themselves and has a positive attitude and understanding of people with disabilities. You will also accompany this girl to day activities Monday through Friday. DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF? You are a woman or man between the ages of 19-40. We prefer that you are smoke-free, preferably completely tobacco-free. It is important that you speak and write Swedish very well. Since the family has pets, it is important that you do not have any allergies or fear of dogs. As a person, you are responsible, calm, and prioritize your work and arrive on time. You can certainly get sick like everyone else, but you cannot be someone who frequently misses scheduled work. POSITION AND WORKING HOURS: As needed, but can be expanded over time to a permanent position on a scheduled basis. Working hours are day, evening, night with sleeping on-call, and weekends.
