WORK DUTIES You will be responsible for guiding students in need of special support, at both group and individual levels; work in after-school activities may also be relevant. You will collaborate with qualified teachers who plan instruction for the students. Coverage for regular staff during absences will also be considered. Stamgärde School is a grades F-6 school located in Undersåker, at the gateway to Södra Årefjällen. At Stamgärde School and after-school program, students work engagedly with new goals for their respective grades and activities. We have a preventive, systematic student health work based on knowledge and psychosocial development. Educators at school and after-school work daily to create safe learning environments where both individuals and groups are challenged and succeed. Work teams together with the student health team continuously conduct student health meetings as part of our student health work. We appreciate the good collaboration between students, educators, and home, which is an important part of the student's development. Examples of this include class councils, student council, and parent council. QUALIFICATIONS • We are looking for you who have experience with pedagogical work focused on individual students/student groups. We would like for you to have experience working in adapted primary school. • You have a strong ability to work both independently and in collaboration with students, guardians, colleagues, and school leadership. • We believe you have a very strong ability to work both goal-oriented and solution-focused based on current governing documents and that the child's best interests are always in your focus. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate, feel secure and confident even in challenging situations, and can easily adapt to different types of tasks and situations. You often find win-win solutions through a humble focus on the common goal. You communicate clearly and can easily distinguish between the issue and the person.
