Your Role as a Sales Associate Your most important task as a sales associate is to find the perfect solution for each customer by listening actively, answering questions, and guiding them toward the best purchase. It's about helping customers through the entire process from first contact to completed sale—and your support doesn't end there; customers may need your assistance after purchase as well. In your sales role, you'll also stock merchandise and maintain the store according to our standards. Development, training, and keeping your technical knowledge current will be a natural part of your work. Who Are You?
