Your Role as Service Advisor As a Service Advisor, you will work within the Operations area, which includes cash, warehouse, and support functions. It's a varied role where you'll work on multiple tasks, using your skills to make a difference and be an important part of our success. Much of your day will revolve around creating the best possible customer experience—you're simply a star at customer care. In addition to being responsible for processing payments, assisting with service matters, product logistics, and warranty issues, you'll also ensure that it's easy for our customers to shop and that they leave with the right product. By optimizing the shopping experience in the warehouse and ensuring satisfied customers, we can reach our goals. The ability to solve problems on the path to success is another crucial part of the role. You'll gain basic knowledge across all aspects of Operations, giving you great flexibility in your day.
