We are now seeking a student coach who primarily works at the individual and group level with the aim of creating and strengthening a good learning environment, promoting attendance, and establishing positive relationships with our students. Your Role The work involves supporting and coaching students at school. This applies both to work in the classroom and smaller settings as well as in social relationships and during breaks. An important part is also participating in attendance promotion efforts. Work tasks may vary over time, and it is important that you are flexible and can adapt to needs that arise in the organization. You will work closely with teaching staff, the school's student support team, work groups, school management, and when applicable, guardians. Your Knowledge and Experience We are looking for someone with an interest in working with young people and wanting them to succeed. We place great importance on your ability to meet students based on their conditions and needs as well as your ability to collaborate with colleagues and students' guardians. You have good skills in meeting students' different needs and have a good ability to create positive relationships and motivate students in their schoolwork and life situation. You work with a positive approach and have the ability to create a good work environment. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in schools and education as a youth leader or social pedagogue.
