Internationella Engelska Skolan in Trelleborg is now seeking a student assistant. Take the opportunity to become part of our fantastic team! In your role as a student assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide support in daily activities for students with various challenges and NPF variations. This mainly involves being available to students during class time, transitions, breaks, and meal situations at school and in after-school care. In your work, you are responsible for ensuring that students feel motivated to learn and are actively engaged in their learning based on their own circumstances. In this position, it is important that you recognize students' different needs, consider their individual circumstances, and help students grow and develop. The goal is to increase students' independence and work toward inclusion to the greatest extent possible. We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications to work as a student assistant, with experience working with children and preferably pedagogical experience to meet students' needs for adjustments at the appropriate level. Documented knowledge of NPF diagnoses, strong collaboration skills, a solution-focused approach, and low-affect communication are merits.
