ISS Facility Services has an exciting partnership with a customer in the automotive industry with multiple sites in Sweden. Now we need to hire an Electrician for our operations and maintenance assignment with this customer in central Skövde. About the Role You will become an important and valued part of a motivated team. In your role, you will, together with your colleagues, work with the electrical and facility technical functions in the customer's properties. You are responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, service, repairs, installation, assembly, and corrective maintenance of premises and properties. The work tasks also include troubleshooting and analyzing problems within electrical systems and identifying deficiencies in the labeling of technical systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the property's electrical systems meet applicable requirements for function and contribute to increased customer satisfaction. We consider it a matter of course that you continuously work on improvements and documentation as well as participate in and execute various projects. The role includes daily communication with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. ISS provides, in addition to technical services, multiple other services at the customer – such as reception and housekeeping services – and in your role you will collaborate with other ISS colleagues on site. This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday. Your Experience and Qualifications We are looking for you who are an Electrician and have worked with property operations and maintenance for several years – preferably in industrial properties. You need to have an ECY certificate, and it is meriting to have post-secondary education from a university or a vocational school with relevant focus. You have a Class B driving license. Other desirable knowledge/experience/certificates include: Experience with subcontractor contact – obtaining quotes, ordering, and following up. Knowledge of energy monitoring and planned maintenance. Very good Swedish language skills – both spoken and written. High IT proficiency with experience in MS-Office and case management systems. You have an understanding of the importance of correct data reporting. ESA, Hot Work, Lift and Truck License, Safe Lifting, Working at Heights, Mobile Work Platforms, etc. Who You Are as a Person You have a customer focus – To thrive in this role, you need to genuinely be passionate about service and love the daily challenges that arise.
