Do you want a role where you combine strategic responsibility with the opportunity to build something new from the ground up? Krösatågen is being established and we are now seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a key position in an organization with a clear public mission and great opportunities to influence structure and future development. About the role Your responsibility is to build, lead, and develop the company's finance function. You have overall responsibility for managing the company's finances for both Krösatågen AB and the entire Krösatågen operation, which currently generates approximately 700 MSEK in revenue. This means you also have significant influence over the financial management of the six cooperating regions that Krösatågen AB has agreements with. The operational and ongoing accounting work is handled by an external firm. The role reports to the CEO. Your responsibilities are both strategic and operational and also include company-wide tasks. You will primarily work with: • Overall responsibility for the company's accounting, reporting, and financial management. • Coordinate financial operations with the six regions and prepare consolidated financial information for the entire traffic system. • Budget processes, follow-up, controlling, and long-term financial planning. • Ensure routines, tools, and processes for financial management, approval, and administration. • Support the organization on matters related to finance, contracts, procurement, and administrative procedures. • Board work and corporate management. • Company-wide administrative matters such as insurance, facilities, and IT issues. • Penalty and recovery management. Your profile We want you to have academic training in finance or equivalent experience. You have worked several years as a Chief Financial Officer or similar role, which makes you comfortable taking on the above responsibilities. Business law is an asset since some procurement processes are part of the role. Good general IT competence is important and you need to manage Swedish and English in speech and writing.
