This role is a key position in an operation where finance needs to be more than accounting—it should create direction, control, and business intelligence. This is a role for you if you are confident in accounting, reporting, and financial statements but also want to work close to the business, challenge, analyze, and actively contribute to management. About the Role As Chief Financial Officer, you have overall responsibility for ensuring stable, predictable, and sustainable financial management. You lead and develop the finance function and work closely with the CEO and management team on both strategic and operational matters. In this role, analysis, structure, and business understanding are central. You are responsible for creating transparency around financial relationships, explaining variances, and providing relevant decision-making materials that support the company's objectives. Your main areas of responsibility include: Leading and developing the finance function and serving as a business partner to the CEO and other management Having overall responsibility for budgets, forecasts, and monitoring Ensuring correct accounting and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable laws and standards Driving analysis, monitoring variances, and converting figures into business insights Oversee costs and identify improvement opportunities related to profitability and resource utilization Responsible for liquidity planning and financial stability About You We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in accounting and financial management who thrives in a role where you can combine structure with business acumen. You have the ability to see the bigger picture, challenge when necessary, and stand confident in your analyses. As a person, you are self-driven, motivated, and clear in your communication. You have strong integrity and collaborate naturally with both management and operations to create understanding and momentum.
