Accounting Assistant/Receptionist for Industrial Client

OnePartnerGroup is now recruiting an accounting assistant/receptionist for one of our industrial clients on the outskirts of Halmstad. This is a varied and important role for someone who enjoys combining accounting, administration, and service in daily work. You will be a central function in the client's operations, working with ongoing accounting administration while ensuring visitors, customers, and colleagues receive professional service. The position is a consulting assignment through OnePartnerGroup, with excellent opportunities for a long-term permanent solution with the client company. About the Position In this role, you will work broadly with both accounting and administration. You will be part of the company's administrative hub and have many contact points, both internally and externally. You will be the face of the company, as you'll be the first person visitors meet. Work is performed primarily in Monitor ERP and Office 365. Your responsibilities will include: Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable Monitoring payments Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations Administrative support to the accounting department Assistance with monthly and annual closing Handling incoming calls and emails Reception and visitor management Administrative service to the organization Contributing to order, structure, and efficient administrative processes You will have an important role in creating a professional and welcoming first impression for customers, suppliers, and visitors. Your Profile We are looking for someone with previous experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar administrative role. You have a good understanding of accounting flows, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a role where structure, accuracy, and service are natural parts of your daily work. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have experience with accounts payable and receivable Have very strong Excel skills Are familiar with administrative processes and documentation Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good English proficiency in speech and writing Have experience with business systems, preferably Monitor ERP As a person, you are: Thorough and organized (most important) Service-oriented and helpful Self-directed and proactive Professional and representative in your manner You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, work across various areas, and provide important support to the organization.
