Do you have experience working as a finance assistant and are ready for a new exciting challenge? We're looking for you to work in a broad role where you get the opportunity to work with both finance and other administration at a smaller, family-friendly company. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes it so fun to work with us! About the Role This is a new position for us as we grow and see a need to have this function in-house. This means you have the opportunity to help build both work methods and routines. The position is 50% and you can choose which days and times work best for you as long as it's during office hours between 07:00-17:00. We currently have three people in the office—a coordinator, a CEO, and an HR manager—who you will work closely with. Currently, we have a total of 22 employees throughout Skåne. As a finance assistant, you will work broadly in finance and administration. You are responsible for ongoing invoicing and finance administration as well as providing financial support to operations. Other administrative tasks outside the finance area are also included. Your responsibilities include: · Ongoing invoicing and finance administration in Fortnox · Administration of receipts and invoice documentation · Collecting and ensuring we have correct information for invoicing · Compiling financial reports · Financial follow-up regarding our customers · Managing index adjustments · Ensuring our vehicles are inspected and serviced on time · Customer contact regarding invoice inquiries · Other administrative tasks · Being available and answering the switchboard The position is located at our office in Kävlinge and is 50%. This is a permanent position starting with a six-month probationary period, with start date by agreement. This is a new position for us as we grow, so there are great opportunities to help shape the role. We want to ensure you receive good onboarding and support during your training with us. Requirements: · Several years of experience working as a finance assistant or similar role · Relevant finance education · Very good Swedish language skills, spoken and written · Experience working in Fortnox or similar system · Good computer skills in Word and Excel Merits: · Experience working in Fortnox · Class B driver's license Application We hope you might want to work with us!
