We are now seeking a Finance Manager for our client in the manufacturing industry just outside Tranemo. About the role As a Finance Manager, you hold a central role where you are responsible for the company's accounting and financial monitoring. The role is broad and combines accounting work, analysis, and business-focused support, while you contribute insights and materials to the management team. The role also includes group accounting and development of processes and procedures within the finance area. Here you are offered a broad and operationally focused role where you get complete responsibility for finances and work closely with management and other functions. You become an important part of the organization in a work environment characterized by collaboration, short decision-making paths, and entrepreneurial spirit. Your areas of responsibility include: Responsibility for ongoing accounting, invoicing, and payments Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Group accounting Budget work, forecasts, and follow-up Supporting management with financial analyses, monitoring, and reporting Your profile We are looking for you with knowledge of accounting and experience in independently managing closing work. You thrive in a role where you can combine structure with analysis and have an interest in how finances impact the business. As a person, you are unpretentious, responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoy a role where you take your own initiatives and combine operational and strategic work. You collaborate well with others while driving your work forward and making things happen. We believe you have: Knowledge and experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial statements, and reporting Ability to work independently with responsibility for financial flows Good understanding of analysis and operational monitoring Experience working closely with operations in the manufacturing industry Experience working with business systems and Excel Fluent speaking and writing in Swedish and English It is advantageous if you have experience with group accounting.
