IBAB is seeking a driven Finance Manager Would you like to take overall responsibility for finance and accounting in a property company while also being part of developing future working methods in an organization with short decision-making processes? Then this role might be for you. As Finance Manager at IBAB, you will be a central function in a small team where collaboration, commitment, and responsibility are in focus. About the Role In this position, you will have overall responsibility for the company's finances, accounting, and reporting. The role combines strategic and operational responsibility, where you both ensure quality in day-to-day financial work and drive the development of financial processes and working methods. You will serve as qualified support to the CEO and other functions in the company and prepare decision-making materials for management and the board. An important part of the role is to ensure that financial reporting meets requirements from both the group and the municipality, and that applicable laws, policies, and governing documents are followed. The position is based in Borås and you will report to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Responsible for ongoing accounting, bookkeeping, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Drive budget, forecast, and follow-up work and prepare analyses and decision-making materials. Ensure financial reporting in accordance with company and municipality requirements, including group reporting. Responsible for liquidity planning. Handle tax and VAT matters. Serve as contact person for auditors and collaborate on financial management with Borås City. Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and governing documents and develop and streamline financial routines. You are curious, helpful, and enjoy working in a team where results are achieved together. We see that you have: Post-secondary education in finance (university/college). Several years of experience in qualified financial work, approximately 5 years or more. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and financial follow-up. Experience with budget and forecast work. Experience working in a group structure. Excellent Swedish, both spoken and written. Good system proficiency.
