About the Operation Our client conducts land, energy, and construction projects primarily for public clients throughout Dalarna. The operation is characterized by high quality, good safety culture, and a long-term approach in everything they do. The project portfolio includes, among other things: - Water & sewage renovation and new construction according to AB04 - Earthwork and foundation work for schools, preschools, and retirement homes - Land contracting work connected to larger construction projects The team currently consists of engaged and experienced employees with strong team spirit and low staff turnover. About the Role As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for production, finances, and work environment within your projects. You lead the project organization, ensure progress, and actively work to ensure that projects are carried out according to contract, budget, schedule, and quality requirements. The role suits you who are a present and confident leader with strong ability to create structure, build relationships, and help people develop. Your Main Areas of Responsibility - Lead and monitor production in ongoing projects - Ensure work environment, quality, and efficient progress - Manage project finances, forecasts, and follow-up - Handle customer dialogue and contract matters according to AB04 - Plan resources and initiate new projects - Develop and support the project team - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Who Are You? We Are Looking for Someone With - Construction technical education or equivalent experience - Several years of experience as Production Manager, Site Manager, or similar role in land and construction - Experience with water & sewage and land projects - Good knowledge of construction law and AB04 - Bas-U - Good IT skills - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - B driver's license Meritorious - Previous experience as a work leader or skilled worker - In-depth expertise in water & sewage or foundation work Why You Should Choose This Opportunity!
