Machine Operator needed for our client! Are you technically interested, solution-oriented, and thrive in a production environment? Then this might be the position for you! We are now looking for a machine operator for our client where you will be an important part of production and work in an operation characterized by quality, efficiency, and collaboration. Your Responsibilities As a machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining machines in production. The work includes both technical and quality-focused tasks where you ensure that the machines function optimally and that products meet the correct quality standards. The role includes, among other things: Monitor and operate production machines Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure quality according to established standards Work actively to help production meet goals within efficiency and sustainability Collaborate closely with colleagues in the production flow The position involves shift work! Your Profile We are looking for someone who is mechanically skilled and has the right drive and attitude to succeed in the role. You preferably have technical or industrial education or equivalent work experience. We would like to see that you have: High school education in industry, technology, or production Experience with industrial machinery, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry Good technical understanding and troubleshooting experience Ability to work both independently and as part of a team As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and quality-conscious.
