Machine Operator wanted for our client! Are you technically interested, solution-oriented, and thrive in a production environment? Then this could be the position for you! We are now looking for a machine operator for our client where you will be an important part of production and work in an operation characterized by quality, efficiency, and collaboration. Your Tasks As a machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining machines in production. The work includes both technical and quality-focused tasks where you ensure that the machines function optimally and that products meet the right quality standards. The role includes, among other things: Monitoring and operating production machines Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting Ensuring quality according to established standards Working actively to ensure production meets efficiency and sustainability goals Collaborating closely with colleagues in the production flow The position involves shift work! Your Profile We are looking for someone who is mechanically skilled and has the right drive and attitude to succeed in the role. You preferably have a technical or industrial education or corresponding work experience. We would like to see that you have: High school education in industry, technology, or production Experience with industrial machines, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry Good technical understanding and experience with troubleshooting Ability to work both independently and in a team As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and quality-conscious.
