Then keep reading! Skånefrö is now seeking a Business Area Manager responsible for the Green Space area. You will become part of an innovative company that has been at the forefront for nearly a hundred years - while maintaining its roots firmly in Skåne's soil. You will have full responsibility for the Green Space business on both the consumer and professional side. In your role, you work operationally and close to the business, especially during the development phase, and drive the business in line with Skånefrö's goals, values and growth plan. You have personnel responsibility within your business area and are a key player in the management team where you contribute to Skånefrö's continued development. You will be offered a broad and exciting role where you combine leadership and business strategy, while helping to build a greener future! Your responsibilities include: Full responsibility for the Green Space area where you ensure profitable, structured and prioritized business operations on a daily basis and over time. Responsibility for sales, results and development within Green Space and thereby contribute to Skånefrö's revenue and profit targets. Responsibility for budget, forecasting, monitoring and analysis of the business. Ensure that product range and offerings are competitive and adapted to market needs and business priorities. Develop existing and complementary business opportunities and contribute to more customer relationships. Own and develop the customer structure within Green Space and actively work the market, drive business and negotiate. Responsibility for the overall marketing strategy and activities, including online, with focus on sales and growth. Ensure collaboration between business, product range, procurement and production. Develop your team and match competencies and roles according to the business process. Participate in the management team and contribute to business strategies. Your Profile: You have appropriate university education and previous experience in business development, sales and/or marketing. We would like you to have industry knowledge and an interest in different types of outdoor environments such as football pitches, golf courses, parks and other green areas. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speaking and writing. You are a structured person with strong drive, clear business focus and natural leadership. You have the ability to coach and inspire your colleagues, and to communicate clearly and build relationships both internally and externally. You are accustomed to working strategically and can handle multiple areas of responsibility simultaneously. About the Position: The position is a permanent, full-time employment based in Tommarp.
