About Us Nordanstigs Bostäder AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordanstigs Municipality and is the largest operator in the rental housing market in the municipality. The company owns over 50 properties, generates approximately 100 million SEK in annual revenue, and has 23 employees. Our base is in Harmånger, but we have properties throughout the municipality. Your Assignment As a facilities technician, you will work with operation, supervision, and maintenance of technical systems in properties. The role involves significant responsibility for ensuring energy efficiency, operational reliability, and a safe living environment for our tenants and municipal operations. You will be an important part of our organization and work both independently and together with colleagues in property management and technical services. In this role, you will, among other things: - Operate and monitor technical installations such as heating, ventilation, and substations - Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve operational disruptions - Work on energy efficiency and sustainability goals - Document and manage cases in our operational systems - Perform control checkpoints according to operation and maintenance plans - Carry out SBA work in accordance with applicable procedures and legal requirements - Conduct monthly tests and quarterly inspections of automatic fire alarms - Perform annual inspections of fire extinguishers and follow up on necessary actions - Interact with tenants and handle technical operational matters Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking you if you: - Have a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on technology or electrical work - Have experience working with building technical systems - Are practical-minded and have strong problem-solving skills - Can work independently and take on responsibility - Have good collaboration skills and a service-oriented approach Experience in building technology, operations, electrical work, or similar fields is a merit.
