Warmly welcome with your application!" - Niklas Karlsson, Operations Manager Job Responsibilities As an operations manager, you have a shared role where you supervise daily operations alongside your regular role as a building technician. You function as a link between the work group and management and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. As operations manager, you are responsible for daily operations at our office in Anderstorp. You lead, plan, and distribute work for employees in the area and ensure that operations are run efficiently and with high quality. You will be part of the team in Värnamo/Anderstorp consisting of 10 colleagues and report directly to the operations manager in Värnamo. Your job responsibilities will include: service work, repairs, maintenance work, and property inspections work planning Quote handling assisting with distribution of fault reports assisting with introduction of new employees supporting employees in interpreting contracts so they can be followed correctly working for a good work environment and cohesion among employees in the group Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Experience as a building technician or related profession Good computer skills Good knowledge of Office B-class driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Meritorious with experience in management As an operations manager, you have a business-like approach and the ability to build good relationships – both internally with your employees and externally with customers. You are responsible, service-oriented, and attentive. You have excellent teamwork skills and are a problem-solver who enjoys taking your own initiative. You are structured, self-reliant, and stress-resistant. As a person, you are unpretentious and step up where needed. Administration is an important part of the role and our customers place high demands on documentation, reporting, and delivery.
