Work Duties Here you work independently with our diabetes clinic, providing advice, support, and education to patients. You also work as part of a team with doctors and other professionals at the health center. As a diabetes nurse/registered nurse with us, you may work with: own diabetes clinic with new visits, follow-ups, and medication adjustments prescribing of consumables within diabetes care staffing our telephone advice service both physical visits and digital care meetings Depending on your degree of employment, regular duties at the district nurse clinic may also be included. About the Workplace Health Center Hertig Knut is a medium-sized health center with approximately 9,500 registered patients. The facility is located in central Halmstad. The health center consists of a physician clinic and district nurse clinic, laboratory for blood tests, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychologist, social worker, child health center, specialist clinics for asthma/COPD and diabetes. We have a welcoming work environment and work based on person-centered care. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a district nurse or registered nurse with competence and education in the diabetes field. You are a service-oriented and solution-focused person with good interpersonal skills. You work well with others and enjoy working in a team. At the health center, it is also required that you can work independently and have the ability to be flexible. We also see that you have commitment and a willingness to actively contribute to the development of our operations. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
