You meet patients of all ages and work in health promotion, counseling, and treatment via phone, digital care visits, home visits, and clinic appointments. The work includes both acute and planned activities, where you independently triage, treat, and follow up with patients at your own clinic. At the same time, you are part of close collaboration with colleagues, interdisciplinary teams, and external partners. You also participate in developing and advancing the operation together with health center management. An important and valued part of the assignment is to contribute to future workforce development through student supervision. As part of our shared mission, we also staff the on-call center in Mariestad together with four other health centers, which means working evenings and weekends. I, Christian Rexborn, will be your manager and look forward to meeting you. About You You are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience from work in primary care. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is comfortable making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your work tasks. You meet many patients in this work, so it is important that you are approachable, attentive, and have a willingness to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would like to see that you have an interest in digitalization and operational development. A professional approach and good communication with customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you.
