WORKPLACE: HAGFORS MUNICIPALITY As a district nurse/registered nurse, you will be part of the Individual and Care Services Department's organization with district nurses/registered nurses. We are currently seeking a registered nurse to work evenings and nights within Hagfors Municipality's Individual and Care Services operations. Work shifts are currently scheduled for evenings/nights on our base schedule with on-call duty between 01:55-07:00 every other night and two weekends per six-week period. The Individual and Care Services Department's work is based on a shared value foundation where the individual should feel safe and fulfilled, services should be of high quality, and the individual should receive good treatment. DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with further education in open healthcare and nursing or elderly care. You have personal suitability for providing nursing care, good judgment, are flexible in thinking and action, are attentive and have good collaboration skills, and actively contribute to advancing the operations and are engaged in your own professional development. Driver's license with Class B driving privileges. The registered nurse leads nursing work together with the unit manager, coaches and trains base staff. Together as a team, you work to provide the individual with good, safe and secure care and services. The registered nurse drives necessary development work together with MAS.
