Job responsibilities: In our home healthcare team, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, and a home healthcare physician work together to plan and provide basic home healthcare for our patients. Between home visits in our home healthcare service, we travel by car, e-bike, or on foot. When we are not making home visits, we do clinic work and telephone advice. We work with TeleQ. Work as a district nurse in home healthcare requires broad competence and independence. Qualifications: We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have specialized training as a district nurse. You have several years of experience in the profession and experience from primary care. You are confident in your competence and experienced in working with the TakeCare medical record system. Personal qualities: We believe that you as a person are positive, solution-oriented, and flexible. You can and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
