Standard district nurse position at a health center. Phone consultations, clinic visits (annual follow-ups for chronic patients, wound dressings, injections, blood pressure monitoring, etc.). Applicants must be a licensed nurse and have completed a specialist nurse education with a focus on district nursing, 75 credits or equivalent. A B-category driver's license is required. Bromma husläkarmottagning is a privately-owned health center located at Brommaplans torg with a 16-year history as one of Bromma's most central health center options. Today Bromma husläkarmottagning operates with hours 8:00-19:00 with a focus on the surrounding area's primary care needs. We are characterized primarily by our accessibility, growing home care services, extended hours, and short wait times. We have approximately 5,200 registered patients and offer a varied number of clinics. Alongside our standard mission as a health center, we operate a hypertension clinic, geriatric clinic, home care services, and a diabetes clinic with a focus on our chronic patients. We are looking for you with good experience as a nurse within primary care, who is attentive, thoughtful, thorough, and responsible. As a district nurse, you should be flexible, empathetic, and prepared for the work to be physically demanding.
