Fagersta Healthcare Center Swedish Church opened in November 2023 and operates as a separate company within the Swedish Church in Fagersta, as part of the mission to be there for people in Fagersta from cradle to grave. We have committed to hiring skilled and experienced staff; doctors, nurses and district nurses, therapists and more, to provide the residents of Fagersta with the best possible care and support. We currently have 18 employees and approximately 3450 registered patients at the healthcare center. About the position: We are looking for a dedicated district nurse – preferably with Asthma/COPD training or other specialist training who wants to become part of our team while taking personal responsibility. The position includes standard district nurse consultations, telephone advice and other tasks that occur at a healthcare center. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy and have good ability to structure and prioritize. You are committed and careful to always maintain high quality in your work. Further education as a district nurse Competencies Meritorious Previous experience of primary care work Experience from Healthcare Department/Reception work Experience with telephone advice. We use the journal system Cosmic and the telephone system TeleQ. Previous work in municipal care and support Previous work with Asthma/COPD, diabetes, dementia, Rehabilitation Coordinator.
