Together we create value every day. What are we looking for? We are now seeking a licensed district nurse/registered nurse for municipal primary care in Åstorp Municipality. The position to be filled is in home healthcare. You work daytime hours together with your nursing colleagues. You work from shared facilities for nurses in home healthcare. You need to be confident in your profession. We offer varied and responsible work. The job involves challenges and variety as both planned and unplanned interventions will be performed during work shifts. You perform independent assessments, planning, and medical interventions for patients enrolled in home healthcare and make decisions based on decision support up to the nursing level, and you guide care staff. Your work is guided by the patient's needs and your approach is characterized by commitment and responsiveness. The advertised position is a temporary employment for 10 months with the possibility of extension. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a licensed district nurse or registered nurse with experience working independently in municipal primary care. As a nurse, you are confident in your professional role and can independently oversee, prioritize, and perform your work tasks. You have the ability to make quick and clear decisions both independently and together with care staff and other relevant parties within the scope of your assignment. You enjoy working with other people, show empathy and respect, and are a good listener. You have the ability to plan care for your patients both in the short and long term. You are a good and loyal colleague who through your attitude contributes to a good work climate. Collaboration is a large part of your work and a success factor in the assignment. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. Experience in municipal primary care is meritorious. A driver's license is a requirement as driving is part of the job. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer. Work hours: Daytime.
