About the Workplace We are a small, family-oriented health center located within walking distance of Upplands Väsby commuter train station. We have approximately 18 employees in various professions working together to serve over 5,000 registered patients. We offer extended hours to better meet our patients' needs. Responsibilities Work as a district nurse with us involves varied tasks, including managing our diabetes clinic, regular clinic duties, telephone consultations, 1177 services, specimen collection, and more. You will collaborate closely with patients' assigned primary care physicians, conduct regular rounds, manage prescriptions, perform annual patient reviews, and more. Qualifications We are seeking a licensed district nurse with preferably several years of experience in primary care or diabetes clinics. You are confident in your professional role, can work independently, and function well in a team. We seek a positive colleague who contributes to a good work environment. You must have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Additional Information Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Trial employment applies. Start date by agreement. We have extended hours from 07:00-18:00, which means varying work hours with early and late shifts. Generous wellness allowance of 5,000 kr.
