About the Position Montico is now recruiting on behalf of Tranås Energi a distribution electrician specializing in power grids. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent position with Tranås Energi. The need is ongoing. Full-time weekdays 07:00-16:00 with the possibility of flexible hours. In this position, the goal is for you to eventually join the operations and on-call organization as a duty distribution electrician every 5-6 weeks. As a distribution electrician at Tranås Energi, you will receive: - training to become an EBR certified distribution electrician - Training in ESA, hot work with fire hazards, chainsaw operation, and more - flexible hours so that personal life and work can work well together - access to your own vehicle for performing your duties Job Description In your role as a distribution electrician at Tranås Energi, you will work in a team with 10 technicians divided into power grid and fiber categories. Your role will consist of new construction, operations & maintenance, and inspection activities. Work areas you will be involved with include power grids, street lighting, hydroelectric stations, substations, and distribution stations. About You We are looking for someone who is a team player and values both your own performance and the team's results. Since you will have your own area of responsibility, you are proactive, well-organized, and have the ability to make independent decisions. You are receptive in collaboration with others, careful in your work, and have good ability to plan and manage multiple tasks in parallel. We are looking for someone who brings great commitment to your work, works independently, and takes responsibility for the quality of what you deliver. Since the position involves customer contact, you are service-oriented and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You have good IT skills and feel comfortable working in different computer systems. You also have a genuine interest in electricity/technology and its continued development. Requirements for the position: Secondary education in electrical and energy program or equivalent Basic IT skills Driver's license category B Good Swedish language skills, verbal and written Meritorious for the position: Experience as a distribution electrician in a power grid company Driver's license category BE Electrical certification Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement.
