This is set up for someone with goals, for someone who wants more, for someone who knows you can earn several times more than you do today with the right conditions. Here you don't stand out for being disciplined, self-confident, and working hard. That's expected. About the position: Base salary starts at 20,000kr, but candidates with proven track records in outbound sales can discuss higher base salary. 20% commission per deal. Deals range between 40,000 - 200,000 kr. Average order is 50,000kr, and closes within 1-10 business days. Both employment and consultant arrangements work fine. The product we sell is Dagens Industri's executive network, Di Close. It's professional development for executives. The product is established, but the market is unsaturated. Sales is B2B over the phone. What's unique about the product is that we sell it to executives within companies, but the companies ultimately pay. This means we can sell a lot to companies we already have customers in, which for you means plenty of warm/lukewarm leads. New customer sales, no account management. Sell, hand over the customer, repeat. You don't need to prospect; we have ready-made lists to call. Based in Stockholm, hybrid or remote. Results are what count, but you're expected to be on-site during the initial period to get started regardless. You have access to me and my 7 years and 15,000 calls of experience selling this product. I still sell personally at full pace, and it's fine to sit in on my sales calls. I take my own sales time very seriously and only coach those who already have the ability to push themselves to improve. 10% is coaching from me, 90% is your own effort. Every day I'm on-site I hold at least 30 minutes of sales training for the team. There's no honor here in doing work just for work's sake. As you become more efficient, you'll be offered a meeting booker and a virtual assistant to manage your calendar, to free up even more time for you to sell. Free breakfast is served at the office every morning; we sometimes work abroad.
